Daryna and Peter at the bar made amazing cocktails. The lady who checked me in offered a seamless start. Freshly baked cookies greeted me upon arrival (a really nice touch).
The nightshift staff was a bit rude. I called down for drinks and they abruptly said they don't sell that. I think that the staff could have been a little more patient and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently close to an NCP car park, made my travel easier. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy. a good bar to unwind in after a long day of travel and sightseeing. The breakfast options are excellent. They offer a wide variety.

My room had crisp and clean sheets. I found the housekeeping to be wonderful (always super clean). The rain shower was among the best I have experienced. There was a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location is a short walk to Grass Market and Princes Street. I saved on cab fare because the hotel was close to all the major sights. This location is perfect for exploring the city and other popular attractions.

the staff were friendly and helpful at reception. my room was lovely and had a nice size. the bed was very comfy. breakfast offered a good selection of food, a perfect start to my days.
the fridge was not cold.

the hotel location is central. the hotel is near royal mile, grassmarket, and princes street. major attractions are easily accessible by walking. i adore the area due to it being close to everything.

The bathroom was rather small. I found this quite disappointing. there were no hooks or towel rails for robes, impractical. additionally, i noticed the shower flow was weak.

I appreciated the location and the initial impression. some aspects need improvement. I had issues with the temperature control (the room was too warm) and I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level. the minibar was not restocked daily and lacked variety. These details detracted from the overall experience and should be addressed .
